Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade, we accept returns only on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Custom or personalised orders (such as custom names on cards or specific commissioned art) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our framed pictures and crafts. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery) and send us photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Handmade Nature of Products

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that our products are uniquely handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, texture placement, and size are normal characteristics of handicrafts and handmade cards, and are not considered product flaws.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, card layouts, and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of Kai Lillekaardid. Purchasing a framed picture or card does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

Care Instructions

As I use natural materials, the handmade items are delicate. Framed pictures should be kept out of direct sunlight and high-humidity areas to prevent fading or warping. We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or display conditions after delivery. Read more
